Participants: students who have graduated from pedagogy, TESOL/ TEFL/TKT/CELTA/CCNVSP or have teaching experience are encouraged to attend.
SPECIAL: All students are granted a certificate of red carpentry and support letters of recommendation from Trainer (on request) after attending the course

I. Purpose of the course:

Personalize the teaching style of each learner according to the desired teaching object
Help learners gain more knowledge, pedagogical experience as well as confidence in the profession
Help learners solve problems they are facing in teaching

Motivating and inspiring learners in teaching English

III. Training time and content:

PHASE 1: Attending time at language centers (4hrs)

Students are given the opportunity to attend classes with experienced teachers to learn and hone their skills
Students and TESOL Trainer together analyze the lessons to draw teaching experience
For online classes: Trainer will send teaching videos of instructors for students to attend online classes

PHASE 2: Prepare lesson plan with TESOL Trainer (12hrs)

Students can choose their favorite teaching object and TESOL Trainer will focus on teaching students to make lesson plans for that subject.
Students are helped and guided by TESOL Trainer to help improve the lesson plan and create confidence for students
For online class: Trainer and students will work together via Zoom

PHASE 3: Teaching practice and receiving feedback

After the students have been commented on the lesson plan, they will practice teaching with real classes at HEW London office
TESOL Trainer watches and continues to give suggestions to help students teach better in the future, both academically and stylistically.
For online classes: Students will teach themselves and record videos and send them to the Trainer and Trainer for comments via Zoom
